Would be nice if I could play my game but I am suffering from the following issue:

Now playing

The interrogation room from Resident Evil 2. It still haunts me to this day.

Xbox Elite members receive content first, PS3 Elite receives it second, non-Elite Xbox owners receive a map pack every two to three months, non-Elite PS3 owners recieve the map pack one month after non-Elite Xbox owners.

And a binding legal contract exists between the two aforementioned therefore (in a roundabout way) the price of Xbox Live subscriptions are tied in to the matter as they are what help fund MS's ability to go out and buy "exclusivity" from devs and publishers.

They're getting "gimped" all because they have to wait one month for the EXACT SAME content?

It's annoying but it's not "bullshit". Xbox has been receiving CoD DLC first since the days of CoD4. A contract was formally announced right around the release of MW2's first DLC (investor.activision.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=479305). Even the Elite FAQ mentions that PS3 owners have to wait for the DLC:

They do the get the same but just a month later. One month isn't the end of the world and it's not like aren't receiving it first on their console. Yes it "sucks" but it's business and that's how it is in today's world.

If I hadn't seen the image on my phone first I wouldn't have agreed with you.

"Pikachu is cute and all, but when it comes to battling Pokémon it doesn't get much better than Mewtwo. "

Intriguing...

WTF is that!? Dead Space meets Mass Effect?

It was "sponsored" by Nvidia and released for free two months after the Xbox 360 version was released.

My aunt is a CPA and does my taxes for free (though I still buy her gifts as a thanks).

I believe that's her back rather than the front...

Activision, Microsoft Enter Long-Term Agreement to Release Call of Duty(R) Downloadable Content First on Xbox 360

So it's either buy an Xbox 360 Kinect which will be universal or spend $100 more for the PC version which only works on a PC...
