Someone got Kinja'd

Took me forever to figure out what the "REST" button was for. Correction, it took a very similar Oppo post for me to find out what it is for. And an explanation from a fellow Opponaut to explain why I'd ever bother to use it. Living in So Cal, I don't have a need for it. It's cool to have though :)

Stanced Rolls with a blown Hemi?

Using the "Service Dog" pass when it isn't warranted will likely make others skeptical when they see someone else doing it.

Neither of those will do anything against a set of wheel dollies and a tow truck.

The CEO of the company I work for drives one of these (converted to full electric) to work every day, except when he travels. Then, he shows up in his 80's era MB wagon. The man is worth MILLIONS. Rumor has it that he has a 911 turbo and an Aston at home but I don't know for sure.

Thank you, thank you. Paying $250 for an oil change really bugged me. I found it was cheaper to by a 12 pack and a few steaks to bribe my buddy into letting me use his garage.

I think you're right. I was looking at the numbers for my '03 CL55.

Let's see. There was:

It's all the weight from the luxury bits that make them so heavy. Getting 4500 pounds to move quickly is not an easy task. It's amazing that you can take a car that heavy and get it to 60 in under 4.5 seconds. Imagine what would happen if you were to put it on a diet.

The is one of the things I love about my CL. It's surprising how many people can't figure it out when they get in the car. I think they're just too used to putting their hand under the seat to move/adjust it. It's super simple which is why I think people get confused by it.

My CL55 AMG has a very similar cover on it. I was a bit intimidated when I first opened the hood. Even more so when I got a quote for the work I needed done. One day I took it to a buddy's garage and we just started pulling shit apart. These cars are very well engineered and surprisingly easy to work on. It may not be

I believe this was a one-off concept vehicle. I saw it auctioned on one of those Barrett-Jackson TV specials. The drive-train is all there but if I remember correctly:

You got Kinja'd, that's all.

I have a CL55 AMG, the engine and transmission are damn near bullet proof. The only issues people tend to have with this chassis (W215) is the suspension. It's a fully active hydraulic system with O-rings and hoses that tend to go bad and leak. Not a good thing with fluid moving around under 2600psi of pressure. The

Incredible color. It could be just a rumor but I saw an interview somewhere that suggests GM didn't come up with this color. A guy who spent crazy money to customize his Escalade EXT had this done as a custom one-off. Some reps from GM saw the completed truck at a show (SEMA I think) and loved it. The following year

Contra!

I don't know..... uh, Blue?

Please tell me this is because they didn't set the clock...
