So Christmas is coming. The choice: Xbox 360 or Wii for a
I've been using XMind—it's really good, but I love how lightweight
VOTE: Namecheap, even though I use GoDaddy for most my domains just because of the hassle of switching them over.
LOL so many of us have already switched to something else. I loved Xmarks, but I'm not going through the hassle of switching back. Firefox's sync works fine for me.
@jupiterthunder: Just an update on this—I tried converting it with Calibre, but it kept the page numbers in the page flow of the text...meaning they'd pop up in the middle of sentences. Better to wait, I guess.
Um...why make that work with the awesome bar, but not the search box right next to it???
@jupiterthunder: You can, but it would be "cleaner" if he's creating one from scratch.
Downloading now—I REALLY liked his last free ebook. I only wish he'd put a version in EPUB format for our ereaders.
That's a nice feature. It should be standard in all clients.
THANK YOU!! I just opted out of every Yellow Pages in our area. Probably saved about 50 trees.
I wish he'd made it so it would display a picture of your choice, or pictures from a folder of your choice while it scans. Then it would be perfect!
@BishopBlaize: Singin' in the rain.
@Phoshi: LOL you made me look Vimperator up. A bit too static for me, but pretty cool!
@jbarr: Did you find out if you can put this in your start-up folder? Very cool idea.
Very clever! I might have to try this.
@jupiterthunder: Well said!
I appreciate the loyalty from Xmarks users, but with Firefox sync coming (and really already here), I'll just move to that. No biggie. I prefer Xmarks slightly, but I wouldn't pay for it.
Too bad. I use XMarks and prefer it to other means. But I understand. I just hope the "other means" I haven't used in a while can suffice. :(
@urpwnd: Hmmm...yes, ING seems good, but they don't seem to have the goal-setting or the higher interest rate or rewards. SmartyPig's looking pretty good—in other regards it looks just the same as ING.
