Killzone is not generic at all. Read reviews for the past 2 installments it's a good game but much like halo it's just not everyones cup of tea. Multiplayer is pretty good but the physics is a little like battlefield in that it's not a twitch shooter like COD, turning takes time and getting flanked is common. Not sure…

I'm not a big KZ fan either but Mercenary was excellent and if that's what they can get out of a handheld I can't wait to play Shadow Fall on the 29th!

Killzone to me, is COD style maps, with Battlefield guns (a bit heavier). If you dont like Battlefield, I dont know if you would like Killzone. That being said. I like the physics of the guns, and everything has a real weight to how you move and shoot. I'm excited for it.
