You don't have to wait for the entire thing to install or cache. That's right. But we're unclear on how much waiting you have to do at all. Five minutes? 10? No wait at all? We asked Sony yesterday to break that down for us and will let you know what they say.

Normally you'd expect new consoles to add to your entertainment experience. It's a bummer to hear today, then, that

Really glad to hear this.

You're thinking of only the ones that are vocal on their mics while playing. There are lots of us college educated folks that play COD. We just usually mute everyone and don't say anything while we're playing. We're still there, just kind of incognito, if you know what I mean.

But if COD ghosts is 1080p on ps4, and 720p on xbox one, both versions made by the same developer, that says something about the machine itself doesn't it? It doesn't have to be that ps4 is more powerful, but maye just a little easier to program for at the moment. First party will allways be better at working with

To the people who say they can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080... I say they really need a decent display because the differences between those two are extremely obvious.

Even the comments on GAF point out that a lot of the issues they are having are based off the development tools and the bottleneck that the ESRAM creates. For example, if this wasn't launch and IW had better tools or more time, than COD would be running at 1080p on both sides.

Of course it is, my only problem is that you're paying a $100 more for less performance (if it's true). But then again there's Kinect to justify that cost but I don't see the appeal right now.

Shit yes. Bring on the next-gen Mass Effect (and DA3).
