I feel like SR has really become a gimmick. I think people gravitated to SR because GTA 4 was darker than they wanted. But SR has gone way overboard with the attempts at humor in becoming just outright gimmicky.

I first found LO in the middle of a gaming drought, having never heard of the game before. I started playing the game and quickly became engrossed and engaged with the story. Truth be told, now that I've played just about everything that the Xbox 360 has to offer, I can confidently say, Lost Odyssey is the best Xbox…
That EDI is exceptional. It gives me a glimmer of hope for the ME movie.
I'd love to see Stephen Merchant do more work in games. He did a great job in Portal 2 and is very funny.
Eh, I am not in a rush for just anyone to do this. I'd rather have no remake than a shitty remake. Still, if it can be done right, I will buy it.
Good point, this could suggest that the Seekers may have split from the Chantry and returned to their roots as an independent mage-hunting faction.
heh, I have been asking for her as a DA3 companion since DA2 8)
Her name is Cassandra Pentaghast and she is part of a faction called the Seekers.
I am genuinely worried for id. I love them as a studio, but I'm afraid that the strength of their brand is simply not enough to keep them afloat much longer. I'd really like to see anything from them be a hit, either Doom 4 or Rage 2, or whatever else they got. I am hoping they can stay competitive, because they seem…
SOTE on the N64 was such a good game, it inspired me to go buy the book. And the book was great too.
Yeah, this game is great. I have played through it three times, and each time, I got to see a lot of new content. There are a lot of great consequence and reactivity in this game. Anyone looking for an action-RPG, you should definitely check this out.
It is way too late for that.
You are out of your mind.
I can't hear this song without thinking of THPS.
Good to hear. I have intended on picking the game up eventually, probably this summer sale which is rumored to be happening soon! Thanks for the feedback man, hopefully I can get back into it.
I've heard of it, but I never really considered it. I might check it out.
Yeah man, I am an old CS head, and I was in CSGO beta, but I never could get back into it. I really wanted to, and I still play the original CS occasionally, but not really frequently. CS and Rainbow Six games have always been among my favorite shooters. I really prefer the slower, more methodical shooters where death…
Yeah, I should clarify that I am not talking about crpg gameplay, with hotbars and cooldowns, which can also be found in MMOs. I am talking about games that create worlds where you can simply run around aimlessly, exploring the world, using different game mechanics to define your character. Defining your character can…
lol, you seem pretty desperate to prove a point. Sorry, roleplaying isn't about game mechanics, it is about using your imagination to play as a character, this can be done without any actual game play, like roleplaying around the world of Skyrim without actually having to do any quests.
Uh, I certainly don't think this is true of RPGs.
