What a joke, they actually said "nobody uses a keyboard and mouse"

Boo. EA, this was your chance to set a precedent, and instead you took the money and signed the non-disclosure.

Kickstarter is a weird thing. It measures talent and potential, but also ego. I find it odd that people pull out before failing to meet their goal. Why not just let it run its course? What is to be gained from ending it early other than a thinly veiled attempt at saving some bit of pride.

This seriously makes me want to buy a N64. Boy that is pretty.

Yeah seriously, stop trying to grow a fanbase. If you can't make a game within a genre without diluting it into some bullshit action shooter, then don't make it to begin with. Either be committed to the product you are making or just go work the corner if you're going to be a whore about it.

Thank you for noticing the most important detail. Why indeed.

Not every century that a third of the world's population dies from filth and bug bites. It was a very special moment in history.

Yeah, I am tired of the game industry expecting to see another Wii casual boom. That was a bubble and it burst. Do you really believe this? Do you really think any amount of requests or demands or fan-picketing is ever going to result in Valve doing anything they don't want to do themselves? The game is being made and made to their standards for them, not for us. They are making the creative content that they want to and no

Yup, video games have been defined and commercially driven by children and adolescents. These games don't have to stop existing entirely, but the emphasis on such juvenile content and juvenile demographics is no longer necessary. There is more money to be made by selling games to the parents than to their children.
