Ohh you've missed the title updates then. There's been few patches that added more settings options. Party Mode pretty much became obsolete when they added Private Slots to Free Mode. Now people can host their own Free Mode and set Maximum private slots so only invited players can join :D

There's a setting for respawn in the Free Mode lobby. That can only be changed by the lobby host though.

What? Free Mode did have cops. Maybe your preferences settings in your phone have the cops switched to "Off"

I think GTA 4 is the only game I've bought the "Limited Edition". I still use the duffle bag on occasion :)
