I'd like to root for the underdog here, but I have to disagree about the "best overall experience". Sure, it's the best in that it's ecosystem agnostic but it lacks features and visual flair that I think are really important. For instance, my Vizio TV has a Netflix app baked-in that is much better than Roku's version.

Hm. That's interesting. I was basing my thoughts mostly from what I read here on i09. Granted, that link does mention that the Skrulls are a grey area - I guess my memory glossed over that.

Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are kind of special cases, though. True, they appeared in X-Men first, but they became Avengers only a year after they were introduced. They pretty much exist equally in both series - they've been X-Men for 50 years and Avengers for 49). The Skrulls, on the other hand, were Fantastic Four

The problem with your Kree/Skrull war prediction is that Fox retains the rights to the Skrulls since they're considered Fantastic Four villains. It's why we had the Chitauri in Avengers rather than the Skrulls.

I pay for Amazon Prime and have loaded Amazon Prime Video exactly two times. I just don't feel like searching for something to watch, finding something I like, and then realizing that it's something I'd have to pay extra for. If I was going into it expecting to pay something and then finding something I liked for

Hate to break it to you, buddy, but the original Planet of the Apes film was pretty darn liberal. What with the mocking of the religious right, depicting the military in a negative light and ending on a jab at the Cold War's nuclear proliferation. You're about 40 years late with your complaint.

Came here to post that. Though I'm not sure if he's too old to play a young Woz.

I used to hate the Goblin mask in the Raimi Spider-Man. But then one day I was re-watching Army of Darkness and noticed a striking similarity between one of the main deadites and the Green Goblin's design.

I didn't have a problem with Leno but I appreciate the change in style. For the past few decades with Leno and Letterman, late night talk shows have been dominated by the idea of making fun of people. All of the humor has been sarcastic and acerbic and negative. I don't have a problem with that - I love negative

However, the turtles are MUCH bigger than we ever suspected. They are absolutely giant, and when they land they make a huge thud noise.

I thought all of these designs were pretty great. Until I noticed that they make the astronauts look like they're wearing shorts.

Wow. I don't think I've actually listened to that theme song since I was a kid. That was terrible. What was I thinking?

Well, here's a right-wing nightmare:

Hm. I think there's a logistical problem with shooting flames out the front of something while it's in flight. Or when it's moving quickly at all. No matter what you did, if you shot the flames forward, you'd be flying into flames. Probably not the best way to keep your $60k RC plane in good condition.

Silicon Valley might be the worst name for a state ever. Mostly because its name would be derived from current technology. Sure, it makes sense now but in 100 years it will probably sound as silly as a state named Vacuum Tube Valley.

Huh. I didn't realize that image was the Famicom box art. I have that as my wallpaper on my pc at home. I just assumed it was promotional art or part of an ad. TIL.

Both sticks on the bottom are only standard for Playstation controllers. XBox controllers have the left stick on top and the right stick on the bottom. Wii U controllers have both sticks on top.

Ok, I have a complaint about X3 that I don't believe I've ever heard anyone talk about.
