Hmmm... It's not working for me (iPhone 5 running iOS 7.0.4). It just keeps running through the app installing animation over and over. Anyone else having this problem?

You're assuming that people have the option to switch to another internet provider. There are a lot of places in the US where there is only a single provider. I spent 8 years in a city in South Carolina (right outside of Charlotte, NC) where there was only one provider of cable/internet/phone.
