Honestly? Arrest anyone whose name is on either of those lists. If they are found not guilty, then good. Justice was done. But somebody knows something, and that's why these lists are here. And those people that know are deeply afraid, which is why the lists are hidden in bathrooms and not on, say, Facebook. …
