I’d love to. And I wish I could say this was my aha moment. Mine was actually around 12 years ago when I was the lady with recent C-section standing in the pharmacy and crying. I only recognized her pain because I’ve been there and it makes me feel guilty how often it has taken something personal for me to understand…
I very much enjoyed reading this, and seconding that I would work on your campaign. Thank you.
As you contemplate running for office, I want you to refer back to this as your “aha” moment of clarity - when you knew precisely what ailed this country and what you could do to make things better.
I had an interesting thought yesterday and this article reminded me of it.
As someone who has always lived in a place where it snows often these videos always bring a smile to my face.
I’ve never loved anything as much as this guy loves Vanessa Carlton and snow.
Do not be seduced Da’Quan. That stuff is evil.
This is adorable. I’m from Miami and first saw snow while traveling at 24, so I totally get it.
I was 19 the first time I saw snow fall. I’m from Southern California and was in college on the east coast. My apt was on the second floor of a 3-story building, and I thought someone was shaking out a down pillow upstairs and feathers were falling out. I ignored it.
I didn’t know that someone’s love for snow could surpass my own. But he has, and I love it.
But... but I want to keep wearing these... even though mine are a half size too small! DAMN YOU SCIENCE!
