You are so wrong.
Nope.
They would need to have a reasonable expectation of privacy for that to apply. You can record conversations between 2 people in a public or semi-public place with no issue if there is not “an objectively reasonable expectation that no one is listening in or overhearing the conversation”. The car did not belong to…
When I was a wee lad growing up in Atlanta, I saw a young man with a golden blonde mullet, and Oakley Razorblades jumping into a Dodge Dakota convertible, in the Disco Kroger parking lot.
It was simply the most amazing thing I have ever seen. If Jeep builds this truck, I’m growing a mullet - because I already have…
I really think it’s perfect and a lot of the comments here illustrate why. Needs more power, needs more style. Yes — anyone who thinks that is exactly missing the point. There are cars with both and people for those cars. This one has a sleeper look and requires you to work for the performance. Needs more power? Go…
Car guys are supportive of other’s habits.
friend of mine bought an orange one of these at sticker. drove it 12K miles. sold it for 5K above sticker. we still lament the fact that he didn’t keep it...
Still the best car I’ve ever driven.
I’m just jealous, have no fear. He’s a fine driver and seems like a nice guy. TV crews will have a harder time finding people to mob in the pits, though.
He must be bummed, after watching that Documentary series you could tell racing was his passion, acting just paid the bills.
He only did acting to fund his racing habit. Essentially like what Paul Newman did. Also sort of like the Anaheim Angles pitcher CJ Wilson does, playing baseball to fund his race team. I honestly don’t really understand this “good riddance” rhetoric as Dempsy wasn’t a bad racer, and he definitely was no gentleman…
I heard the theme song is going to be “Don’t Cry For me Argentina”
While I laughed harder at the later seasons, they SEEMED much more scripted and cartoony. I liked it when the scripted stuff was a bit more realistic.
I’m just hoping that both shows are good. Old Top Gear was getting pretty formulaic toward the end and you covered some of the issues with new Top Gear. Hopefully the change invigorates the old and the new is able to get its act together.
36 episodes...fuck yeah! No more 6 episode seasons followed by binge watching old seasons
The thing is, we don’t care about a long war North of the border that much. If the North Korean Army hunkers down, we can airstrike their bunkers at our leisure (the refugee crisis would be bigger at that point). It’s the initial strike against metro Seoul (as well as whatever they can muster with their nukes) that…
Only if he’s perceived as being right, and replacing him wouldn’t solve the problem. The purpose of the threat to quit, is to take the issue outside of “chain of command” (which would end at the producers for him) and have the upper execs have a looksee. Because he’s on air talent which has undergone approval at…
Well he is one of Radio Two’s top stars, so there’s that.
