The Bergdorf Goodman one is a photoshopped picture of what they did for their 111st anniversary. Notice how the ribbon doesn't follow perspective, the ribbon is much bigger relative to the building on the right half than the left. Also, all of the text is pointed straight at the camera.

I find this headline really amateurish. Banksy has never went for realism. You do know that artists have different styles, right? Some go for photorealism, some don't. The author of this article has obviously no knowledge of stencils. Different artists use techniques differently.
This was a rather sensationalist headline. Art is not (just) about photorealism. Photorealism has its place in the artworld, but so do have other types of art.
