Over 75% of the world is religious. If we're going with the "there should be proportionate representation" argument, then there should be more religious protagonists.

Actually, there have been plenty of white slaves (EG the Irish, Greco-Roman history), and white slavers often picked up their...stock, from African slave owners.

Levine said they did that to lure in the general public who didn't already know about the game. And as a rebuttal, I'd like to point out that none of the main characters in Bioshock appear on that cover either. Nor does Link appear on the cover of Ocarina of Time. I don't see Soap, Price, or Ghost on the Modern
