react?

That’s really kind of unfortunate as the only thing that would bring me back to GTA V is single player content. Then again, I don’t appear to be their target market any more.

I wasn’t 100% sold on this episode until the Guy reveal. After that point, I could not stop laughing. This is Jose Chung / Bad Blood level of classic X-Files.

Going radio silent in this day and age is insane. I don’t see how they can wait till E3 to announce DLC or anything along those lines because there’s going to be too many other games that want attention.

Exactly. I think the damage is already done. No matter how much they apologize, their intent was clear. It’s not just about the “potential” for abuse of YouTube’s takedown rules, it’s the fact that they actively pursued it.

So much this. Your mouth is saying one thing, but your actions have proven otherwise. The reason there’s no way to prove your actions are pure is because you’ve already proven that to be false.

“and though we can assert our intentions are pure, there’s no way to prove them.”

This vid summed it all up very well and how dangerous it could have been.

As much as I can’t stand his actual videos, or him in general, I do have to admit that he seems like a pretty chill guy, and has a lot of class. He knows how to handle conflict and upset fans, and really does seem to care about his viewers.

I’d say, so far, the best react reaction video has been Mega64's response.

Exactly. At this point its basically free advertisement. Most of these people won’t be playing much of the game anyway (as in general that seems to almost always be true for any game, most people just don’t finish games). If this game didn’t already have a fairly strong online buzz I doubt the pirated downloads would

The notion that everyone who had played it wouldn’t want to refund it anyway is ridiculous.

People who pirate it won’t be buying it anyway, or will wait until it’s like £3 in a sale years down the line. It’s not a lost sale at this point.

I think the biggest problem with “The Witness” is the price point. Though many will argue its “worth” $40. The problem is you charge that high you can only expect sales from a very niche crowd. So people new the genre are not going to take a risk at the $40 mark up ( even with steams return policy ).

I don’t see stunning, I see dated graphics with purple and green. The Witcher was stunning, WoW hasn’t been in ages.

Well glad to see that it got hit down, and any future attempts by companies to take control of an already widely used term.

Even if Sony had won the trademark, how would they have played that hand? Just go on a shutdown spree of content creators on Youtube and Twitch, thereby pissing off tons of people in a very high-publicity fashion? I can’t even imagine what they thought they were going to do here.

EA is awful and i could not be less interested in whatever crap they are peddling this year.

His enthusiasm is infectious. He just seems like a really great guy. And he makes movies that I always enjoy! Which reminds me: more Riddick movies, please.

After the movie comes out, and in the decades that follow, it won’t matter whether it got delayed, it will only matter whether it’s good. So I feel sad to hear that we’ll have to wait a little longer, but I can only guess they are delaying it because the movie needs it.
