@Luke Plunkett: Took the words right out of my... fingers? mouth? I don't know.

Northern Kings who I somehow only just now heard of. They are a Finnish Symphonic Metal Cover Supergroup. Composed of members of Charon, Sonata Arctica, and Nightwish. Doing covers of classic rock. It is awesome.

Using tits to sell video games? I can do that.

@Pitchswitch: The obvious answer is to stop reading a title after Beat "Name of Game"

And here I was thinking Bulletstorm would be the first game to encourage fingerbanging enemies.

@PajamaSam: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo...

@kjit: I'm still hoping for Viggo

@Louganis: Call it what you like, you're still justifying your behavior with your claim of being "good for the industry", and at the end of the day if you can live with yourself, then so be it. We can't all lie to ourselves like you.

@Joshua Bill Elmendorf: I'm fairly certain they already said the one with 3G is a separate SKU, and I could not be happier since I have no use or desire to pay extra for it.

My personal guess is 299-350 for wifi, 399-450 for 3g. purely a guess though.

@Louganis: "Is buying used games just as bad as pirating? Is it worse?" These are broad, general terms. In fact, nowhere in the article does it mention using a pirated game as a "demo", that was a whole separate topic that you brought up. In your specific instance, if you buy every single game that you pirate, then

@Louganis: But again you are missing the point that the question doesn't concern you and your friends, it is about piracy AS A WHOLE, which includes the vast majority who never pay a cent for games. Theft is worse for the industry. End of story. There's just as many people who buy used and then get DLC, or new copies

@Louganis: I was not intending to imply legality as the end all be all absolute, merely that as the law in no way violates rights it is fair to use it in THIS scenario as a standard for which of the two is "more wrong".

@Louganis: Legality is still binary. Something is legal, or illegal. It is within rights, or it violates rights. As such one can legitimately say that piracy is wrong. Piracy being wrong does not make buying used game flawless, or morally perfect, no one has claimed that. The problem that you are failing to

@Seu: If you actually read my comment you would see that I said it was "morally ambiguous", but that it was still perfectly legal and within your rights as a consumer. As such it cannot be said to be as bad as piracy, which is in no way within someone's rights. Anyone who argues otherwise is either failing to grasp

"3:49 bashcraft: You can use two fingers, too"

@SparklyJesus: I did not realize that cheating had an age limit.

@Louganis: More bullshit rationalizing, clearly you have no intention to accept that what you are doing is wrong when you can just throw it justifications and make yourself feel better about being a pirate. If you can't accept that what you are doing is wrong, then there is no point in continuing the discussion. Own

@Louganis: To put it in a hypothetical scenario since you like those:
