that is an awesome code to live by

its a stupid idea to do so, it rarely works out, and you have to still work - why screw up that environment. not to mention the prospect of breaking up a marriage just to get off. never worth it.

Top Gear UK needs a shakeup - the British homerism is laid on a bit too much. The staged tests, jokes, competitions are just stale. When Clarkson raced Hammond who was driving The Alfa 4c and lost on purpose, it was refreshing that they admitted staging a race/competition. The best episodes remain the excursions to

eh, there are other car shows on cable - not just top gear UK an US. There is Motor Week (watched that since I was a kid) and then there is Fifth Gear. Go online and I prefer /Drive with Chris Harris on Cars (he has the best car program anywhere). There is also carbuyer on youtube which is very good. The list goes on.

YESS!!!!!!!!!!! Chris Harris is the MAN - his episodes are informative and entertaining. He confesses his biases but remains as objective as he can be. No forced lame attempts at humor.

ugh, why can't the U.S. have these cars?

how are they awkward?

nothing more manly than driving a manual truck

zonda ain't new

you can put lipstick on a pig - its still a pig

a voice of reason in the din of madness - congratulations sir

I haven't worn shorts since I was kid, and personally every

what? that is a serious air brush/makeup/lighting job - those two faces barely resemble each other

my comment regarding this situation is its quite frankly sad how invested people are in their lives - why care so much? love their music, but getting invested in their private lives is veering on the pathetic.

even so, does it matter what they are wearing? if there doing their job, who cares?

I don't get the puppets remark. But her routine about her relationship with the Cowboys being similar to a relationship that is going nowhere (ie: not getting a wedding ring when you were promised, etc) was terrible. She was nervously laughing and the audience was dead silent. I felt bad for her. She was on Conan

I saw her on Conan, not very funny, I wouldn't call her a comedian either.

agree, he is being a jerk - these people are doing a job, making an honest living. We can't all recite lines other people wrote for us and make ridiculous money

the blindspot on that car must be horrible

but honestly, when are you going to go faster than unholy hell? rarely, if ever. the glaring criticism I took away from this was the line "In the real world it's more than adequate, if a bit boring at legal speeds." What more could you ask? A car that is fun on a daily basis - which means going at legal speeds.
