agree - nice catch

that is utter bullshit - if I had a model looking girlfriend or wife - (provided she isn't crazy or cheating on me) - and she and I were compatible to begin with - NO WAY in hell would I get tired of her.

ugh, this is what I hate about the NBA, clearly they can never go back to late 80s era basketball, but the pendulum swung too far in the other direction - too much referee interference. The game feels slower, too soft. The league has the best talent in a decade, but are squandering the popularity potential with the

She is a terrific actress and ridiculously hot - I liked her role in Parks and Rec as well, poor Tom, she was way out his league.

I never NEVER let someone borrow my car or do I drive another person's car. You never really know what other people are up to.

If she loves him enough to do it and felt comfortable with idea, more power to her, I'm sure it would be worth it.

This isn't for emotional benefit, its so the company doesn't get harassed by paparazzi. I agree with your point. Heck, look at Brett Favre and Torrey Smith - one's father died, the other's little brother died and they both played football on national tv. Routine can be a safe haven.

you say "play Princess" and while it is on the silly side, it seems vital to the English identity and tourism. In a way its an important job

congratulations - the lone intelligent comment here is yours.

in addition to "jelly", I wish people stop using "feels" - it just sounds so stupid, ie: "right in the feels", if you're 12, I guess, but any literate adult - just no.

Agree, I doubt its Ventress at all. Hopefully she does play a Sith apprentice. I was hoping that Daisy Ridley would've played a Sith, that would be awesome.

Eh, those aren't really your "friends" but I understand what you are saying. However, as to the premise of the article, if you can't be aware that someone has died in a reasonable amount of time since the death, but stumble across it much later - are you going to be upset that their facebook account is still active?

I wasn't referring to the alternate timeline, just the overall tone and crafting of the movie - it was very hollow, kind of generic and clean. As for Ventress, I don't doubt for a second there would be a massive uproar and PR nightmare for Disney if they had a black actress perform in white face. Disney doesn't seem

a little harsh, but the heart of your statement is true

right, but they make these movies for the general public - especially Disney, they want broad appeal. Look at JJ Abrams' track record with Star Trek - that was made to be accessible to the general public, sure there were some nods to loyal fans, but for the most part it wasn't afraid to eschew cannon.

I know Ventress is popular, I loved her character as well - but that is among fans of the series, most of the general public has no clue who Ventress is, they know who Nyong'o is and it would be easy for them to just ignore the whiteface, most of the public wouldn't care

I agree with your reaction. Assuming the role is Ventress (which wouldn't make sense), that could be a potentially significant role - she is an acolyte of the Dark Side. Adam Driver is supposed to be the new Sith Lord, so she could be his personal assassin, but then why wasn't she in the cast photo? This sounds like

and you chose a gif with a white male dancing in front of a crowd of white people? epic choice.

it's kind of funny and sad at the same time - its not like we know any of these people personally, they just handle themselves well in public and they chose roles which were well written by other people. The adulation for actors/actresses is pathetic. I see them as chameleons who take on different forms for a role,

she isn't a major character, she was a dark acolyte for Dooku, a glorified errand girl - she is kind of disposable.
