Don’t get too attached—Seth wrote most of the eps *and* he’s fucking the actress who plays Alara, so my bet is Adrianne’s character gets sidelined to standing around so Seth’s girlfriend can get all the choice scenes where a woman character is needed.

With those tiny hands?

Yeah, what Bgrngod said. I played Third Age on Gamecube. It was fun as a trek through all the LoTR set pieces, more than anything else. Being able to explore Moira, and so on. The story was kind of a funny “it’s the story from the movie, but not exactly,” the main plot basically being “what if after the Fellowship set

This Mad Magazine gag is around 3 years old. Here’s one version they did in 2014:

Are kids allowed to have phones during detention?

BUT NO MIMES.

RRUES’s?

It’s also likely that a portion of this set dressing was pre-existing. Leftover props from another movie or TV show that didn’t have the budget to make things perfect.

I seem to recall an article somewhere about a specific newspaper that’s been used as a prop for something like 30 years. So you can find movies and TV

Is this Rosemary’s Baby redux? JLaw is the “mother-to-be” of the antichrist?

A lot of times films are constructed in a way where they actually use footage from other films as temporary scenes. Instead of constructing an animatic or using stills from a storyboard, you just find another movie with the same basic angles and camera movements you want, and splice that in, knowing that it will get

This can just easily be traced back to the source movie each Cars film ripped off. The first Cars is a ripoff of Doc Hollywood. The second Cars film is a ripoff of If Looks Could Kill.

WAIT—Sinbad isn’t playing the genie???

I just saw this episode of Supernatural! He was possessed!

Update: When you quit the game, it will tell you your current top ally/nemesis has been saved.

Oddly, the one it picked as my top ally wasn’t my highest-ranked orc. So I killed the one selected for me, then it chose the higher-ranking orc. Also weird, that orc had “elite” status, but when it became my top ally it no

This is definitely a nice feature, but it’s been so long since I played I don’t even remember any of the fights I’ve had with the dudes the game says are my top enemy and top ally! BUT this news did get me to load up the game again and play around a bit, and remind me just how fun it was.

The Nemesis Forge option drops

That’s an avocado.

Seriously! And I don’t *think* buying the Special Edition will retroactively give you the DLC for the older version. Would it be wrong to buy the Special Edition and then pirate the older versions of the DLC if it doesn’t?

Some mods are being ported over to the SE now—and this one claims it will work with the SE, but

Sadly, not for the older version of Skyrim. Getting just all the DLC costs $45, whereas the Special Edition costs $20 for everything. But if you want the game for the mods, then you need the older version and the older versions of the DLC.

Thanks! Doing a search for “Skyrim” on Steam just wasn’t showing the original version for me.

Many mods (including this one, currently) do not work with the Special Edition of the game. Hence why buying the special edition isn’t the solution here.
