Did they Sony announce in 2012 that the game was moving to PS4 and would no longer be on PS3? People assumed that was going on, but Sony being so quiet about the game they could’ve said “we struggled and had to give up PS3 and commit to only the PS4 version as of six months ago” and people would’ve believed it. But it

Does the backwards compatibility upscale the games, or make them run at a better frame rate, or anything else? Since Red Dead Redemption was never released for PC, I’d love to see how that looks compared between a 360 running it and the One running it (if there would be any noticeable difference.)

Papyrus is used here and most of the stretch goal images.

Look, EA/LucasFilm/whoever, I’ve got nothing against you wanting to make some Star Wars mobile games. But it seems like you keep making the same type of game over again every six months.

Either the games do WELL, in which case you should build upon them, fix what doesn’t work, and release updates, or the games do

Will the textures now be high-res, or are they redoing the textures from scratch? Meaning, will this definitive edition lose that painted look to the textures that the sequel doesn’t seem to have?

I really liked that painted look, even if the textures were low-res, and I do like the trailer for the new game, but it

I’d bet Superman eating Brainiac would sound an awful lot like sucking noodles.

So you’re saying the clip ends before Superman eats him?

Can I get some Sectaurs in this?

I didn’t watch the clip, but I can only imagine that Superman eats Brainiac.

This looks really cool. I wish the walking mechanic seemed more immersive, though. Like the player should walk a little slower when going up inclines, or against the wind. And move faster when walking down hill, but risk stumbling. There’s the ubiquitous head bobbing, but other than that it just feels like you’re

You keep saying XCOM but I think you mean X-COM.

Has anyone made a mod for Fallout 3/New Vegas that recreates Fallout 1 or 2? Sort of like how Skywind is recreating Morrowind in the Skyrim engine? I realize it’s probably a bigger endeavor, going from 2D isometric, but the stories are so good, and as convenient as it is to just go back and replay the original games,

You said “I’m paying 10-15 dollars to play a 30min to an hour game. I’m not saying they’re bad just short”. I generally agree with this. If a game has no replayability, and takes only an hour to finish, and I paid $15 for it, unless I really loved the game I might feel a little cheated. If I did love the game, like it

Your argument seems to just be “there should be fewer bad games.” There’s nothing wrong with that argument, I’m sure most people would agree that they don’t want bad games, but a game being bad is itself an opinion. And short doesn’t equal bad, just as long doesn’t equal good.

Piece selection seems to be a big part of it. For the most part, Minecraft is all square blocks. There are custom pieces, but not to the extent of variety LEGO has. This looks to have a lot more smaller pieces, sloped pieces, and the like. It also looks like the tools for creating are more diverse. Seem to be some

Hopefully the notifications and other game text type stuff will get an option to be turned off. Since there are games that give you the ability to turn off combat prompts, map markers, and so on, this doesn’t seem like an impossible thing for the developers to implement.

Ooh, that looks great! I admit, I haven’t gone back to find a new map mod in a long time, but I’ll definitely check this one out.

It is more like overhead GPS imaging, which is exactly why it’s not immersive, but you can’t say that’s not a map: when you bring up the user interface, you select the “MAP” option to get this GPS view. The game calls it the map, so that’s the game’s map. As I mentioned, the “local” map views are more like a

I don’t disagree with that. I mean, yeah, it made it feel like I was high up looking down on the landscape. But that’s kind of why it broke the immersion for me, because at the start of the game, why does my character have the ability to view the world like that? I’m not saying it wasn’t necessarily a cool gimmick for
