Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon is really it's own stand-alone game, but since they could've just as easily worked in into the main campaign as some sort of fever dream then it might as well count.

This needs more stars. The amount of immersion the map in Far Cry 2 adds to the game is incredible. Sure, it's not perfect, but it creates a seamless experience that the map in Far Cry 3 (and I'm assuming Far Cry 4) lacks. Every time I had to pause to view the map in Far Cry 3 (or craft syringes, etc.) it felt like I…
You get just about the same effect in Photoshop by upping the contrast by 30, shifting the hue by -5, and desaturating by 30. If you want the game to look like this, you can probably achieve it just by adjusting your TV settings.
I agree with everyone saying that the game is all about flow, and that it became less fun anytime you had to stop moving. And because the game is most fun when you keep moving, I'm hoping for the sequel they increase your options to keep moving. By that I mean to have more alternate paths and less linear routes to…
I love this game, but at times it gets oddly frustrating. I ran into an orc who wasn't even a high level but he was invulnerable to EVERYTHING (stealth, ranged, finishers, beast attacks, etc.) except for fire. He could dodge fire bow attacks, so the only way to set him ablaze was to wait for him to get close enough to…
For me it was Point Lookout. Sure, regular Fallout 3 had some creepy shit, but that DLC put me on edge almost the whole time.
#10, especially when it involves games that have console versions but the PC version does not support controllers. Before anyone chimes in, I'm not saying PC controls need to be "dumbed down" for controllers like, say, Skyrim, but I mean if you're going to release the game for consoles and had to come up with…
It all seemed pretty innocuous until about a minute fifteen into the trailer. Then it just snowballs.
Clearly the people behind this are a bunch of misfits.
More like fondon't burger, amirite?
I've been using a PS3 (and now PS4) controller on my PC for so long now that whenever I do play a game on an actual PlayStation I press the wrong button for X.
And here's the trailer re-made with clips from A New Hope:
So I'm not a video editor but I put together this mashup of the Episode VII teaser audio with clips from Episode IV.
It certainly comes off as a silly way to start the trailer, but it's a direct nod to the shot of the trooper in ANH who pops into frame saying "look sir, droids!"
But Bink Video really needs that shout out!

How far back can we go? Can I get a remastered Impossible Mission? Or Project Firestart? Or Ultima Underworld?
Or how about re-make Elder Scrolls: Arena for modern machines?
Yeah, Rockstar. Remaster RDR for Xbox One, PS4, and PC, please. Maybe add a first-person mode like GTAV has now, but even without anything new I'd get that game again.
It looks like in addition to the skin there's an extra challenge mode and an epic rune, according to the official site:
Get the Power of Defiance and also receive the "Test of Defiance" Challenge Mode and the "Defiant to the End" Epic Rune.
Ah... Brings me back to the days of playing Ultima 6 on my Commodore 64 while looking at the screenshots from the PC version on the box.
