Ah, my mistake. Perhaps I'm confusing it with the visual of my games in GOG's "My Account" page on the website.

GOG has a download client, and I *think* it can be used as a library to access your games. I haven't use it for anything other than downloading, though, so perhaps its features aren't that robust.
Also, if the full name is "I.P. Dickinin", it sounds like there will be a lot of wet pants.
How do YOU spell "relief"?
I never said he was.
Yeah, and aside from the living the same day over and over, it's nothing like Groundhog Day either.

Did you think Elysium was missing a little Groundhog Day?
They're actually talking about Sidescroller, it's the image of Shooter that should be switched. (but I'd recommend both games anyway.)
Not a Good Match For: People hoping for super-vibrant colors. Sidescroller's commitment to mimicking the vector graphics and scan lines of old gives it a more muted look than other games.
Where's the Ubisoft survey about making Blood Dragon its own franchise?
You already said an expansion doesn't have to use anything from the previous game. That includes gameplay. So gameplay being identical/different between the two cannot be defining criteria for an expansion. Similarly, if it doesn't have to use anything from the previous game, then being the same engine isn't defining…
So if they called it Far Cry 4: Blood Dragon, then it would be a separate game and not an expansion? You're really only saying that what matters is that it's CALLED an expansion.
Blue Shift is set in the same location and time frame as that of Half-Life, taking place at a remote New Mexico laboratory called the Black Mesa Research Facility. Opposing Force also takes place in the same setting.
I didn't say it had to use anything from the original game or require the original game.
Clearly you're confused and do not understand the phrase "adds to." Blood Dragon does NOT add new content TO the game Far Cry 3. And you seem to be under the impression that making a game with the same engine equals "expansion pack."
And you continue to miss the things you actually say: "an expansion can still add content to a game without having to use the original content".
That makes absolutely no sense. If I have Blood Dragon and load up Far Cry 3, nothing new from Blood Dragon is in it. It did not in any way whatsoever ADD additional content TO the already released game.
"Downloadable content (DLC) is additional content for a video game distributed through the Internet by the game's official publisher or other third party content producers. Downloadable content can be of several types, ranging from aesthetic outfit changes to a new, extensive storyline, similar to an expansion pack.…
Other than the fact the game was made in the same engine, and has "Far Cry 3" in the title, it has NOTHING to do with Far Cry 3 and does not require it. It is not an expansion, because it doesn't add to the story or game play of Far Cry 3. It is downloadable, so by that sense, sure, it's "DownLoadable Content", but as…
