For Fallout 3: GOTY, save games worked if you had the correct SKU of the original Fallout 3. I think that was mostly a region issue.

I played on PS3 as well, and if the main game of New Vegas is glitchier overall, that's certainly disappointing. Or is it just the DLC that's glitchy?
The Pitt is good, though short and a small environment overall. Point Lookout is REALLY good, adds a lot more content, and a pretty substantial map. There's more than one narrative to explore, whereas all the other DLC pretty much added a single, linear story.
Finally! Ever since completing all the DLC on Fallout 3 I've been holding back getting New Vegas, waiting for its GOTY version (I guess they're going with "Ultimate" instead of "game of the year".)
I saur what you did there.
When I saw Bacon on the mailbox, I was hoping for Kevin Bacon.
I liked the game a lot until the combat aspect got too heavy. The parkour was great, and I liked running like a bat out of hell over rooftops and through maze-like hallways, but there were too many cheap deaths and combat felt unfair (especially with a checkpoint system that set you back a ways.)
I see this image of Christian Bale and I hear him screaming "WHERE IS HE?!"
Whoa, I don't need to own Infamous 2 for this? Sweet! I have Infamous 1 from the "welcome back PSN" dealie and just haven't gotten around to playing it, but Festival of Blood looks pretty sweet.
That dog looks like Falcor.
What are these games with dragons of which you speak? I do not know if I should believe you. Next you will tell me these games had dungeons, as well. Preposterous!
@Gantz: I think the complaint is when a boss battle takes you out of the immersion of the game. SOTC is all boss battles, so that IS the game, so the battles themselves all feel part of the same game world. But when a boss battle comes up that requires some totally different type of game mechanic than the rest of the…
See, I read "Why Not Just Do Away With The Boss Altogether? " and think "Why get rid of Bruce Springsteen?"
I think when @gordon_james_freeman said "As Empire and Jedi showed us", he didn't mean Empire and Jedi were better than ANH, but when you COMPARE Empire and Jedi it shows us Star Wars was better with less Lucas.
"If the taste of New Coke upsets you THAT MUCH then disassociate yourself from the brand it and stop bitching about it."
No, it was sealed. I got all the pre-order codes and bonuses I was told I was getting, hadn't heard of there being a code for Gotham City Imposters in any version of the game. So maybe it was supposed to be a pack-in, but was snafu'd just like many Catwoman cards were.
If only he had the rights to Ultima anymore.
You win.
