To me, I understand in a way what your trying to say. But I understand more what Miyamoto is trying to say too. For example, Infamous: Second Son. Same concept of mutants versus humans, but with a different hero this time. Once we play that game we can ask the question, "Was the game better with a new character or

Common guys. Is no one going to make the appropriate joke "Fox Only, Final Destination, No Items"

I dunno. For all I know this is a move done more by the lawyers. cause they are trigger happy for protecting IP like no other.

Region Locking has been in Nintendo a long time, it was just done differently in the past. The NES and SNES had different "shaped" cartridges to "prevent" playing games in a different region. *In the case of the SNES it was the pins* It wasn't until later that it went from physical region locking to

You know thinking back a few years. Some places in the world have seriously gone PC compared to the 80's and early 90's when you used to make a joke without offending an entire ethnic group. I mean, we lost the chihuahua Taco Bell that way. So I can actually believe Nintendo doesn't wanna get sued over, "Child

Region Lock or Online Passes? The choices.

Here's the tricky thing about cars and fair use. You "could" use a car in the form of a taxi. To make a profit from it's use. But you cannot use the image of the taxi to sell another product without that business permission. Like you can't video tape it driving down the street and promote your "save the children"

And how DARE YOU make me read into great detail about the fair use law. Making me more educated, you bastard! :P

The purpose of Fair Use, from what I have read on it, was to use/manipulate products in any way they like that didn't lead directly to a profit. Or money, dinero, yen, etc. whatever you wanna call it.

God, I'm gonna try my best not to make this long.

Here's the thing, you are coming at me in the wrong direction. I am saying a physical copy of a game can be tweaked with. Sure digital copies need their own rules to be fair, but LP are not solely based on a digital copy of a game. They tend to use physical copies of a game since at times that is the only legal way

You are confusing digital copies and physical copies. Two different beasts altogether. I prefer a physical copy, why I don't buy from Steam anymore regardless of sales, so I can do with it what I will. And you are showing nearly everything from a lets play. You are showing the best method to defeat enemies. Lets

They are protected like physical goods, or have you not noticed? You can alter your own copy of your game in any form you like and there is nothing that the IP holders can do about it, like a car. Or have you forgotten game genie? That was protected. Mods are protected. That any modification of your copy of a

Again, missing the point. Kotaku and other similar sites give pieces of visual information. They do not go step by step for the entirety of the game to expose nearly everything a game can show, like LP's do. That is why reviews/previews/guides are under better protection of fair use than LP's. They give less than

Missing the point. video games are both physical and visual entertainment. Sure you may not being physically playing the game, but that does not lesson the impact of a video game once seen visually. Also LP's are on a completely different category compared to reviews, previews and guides. LP give a view of nearly

Again Jesus. You would be screwed again. And banhammer..... I'm just teasing you Jesus. I sure you won't get banhammered again.

So is this a moment of "Big renowned company taking whatever they want and others should be greatful." Or "A Troll that is over complicating a situation." Choices... choices.

A car is not solely an entertainment medium. Books, movies, video games, music fall under entertainment far higher on the list than a motor vehicle. As movies and video games are both mediums that are part visual entertainment, for another person to make money off of that entertainment than the creators is silly.

If I remember correctly, it was stupidly easy to make purchases on certain apps. How stupid easy? Like if all a kid had to do was give his full name at McDonalds and the price of the meal would be charged automatically to the parents bill/credit card.

*Just to get it out of the way, LP are iffy on me on whether they deserve the money or not. They are not a victim or a pirate, just passionate individuals who may or may not know of what they do. :P*
