I think the Justice League story “Justice Lords” was a good example of what can happen when super heroes take it too far (Superman kills Luthor) and I think that is the overall theme of why Barry won’t kill because once that step is taken he believes it will lead to others.

In all honesty, if Barry wasn’t above killing, he’d have a lot less to deal with in life, just ask Superman

How are they to even know if a player walks into a place they are at? Not like they’d know who a backup lineman is. I have to say these rules, not just by the Saints, but others we’ve been hearing about the past month, are quite silly, and I hope something gets done. The NFL itself should be looking into this itself.

That’s hilarious. What’s sad is he’s right that the weather people actually get blamed for some reason.

By the early 90's you never saw a Dodge full size without the Diesel in it. And most of those people hated most things about the truck (boxy look and a dash layout that looked stuck in the 70's) but the diesel engine outweighed that other stuff. One downside with the diesel and later V-10 was the automatic tranny

I was just talking today about how silly it is for relievers to run all the way from the bullpen when there is a fight. Like, what are they going to do about it? And as said, it’s all over by the time they get there anyway. Is there just some unwritten baseball code that says they just have to?

Has anyone commenting on Nixon’s run made the obvious comment “We’ve seen her boobs” yet? I liked Kristin Davis’ better though, but still...

Goranson (Becky) hasn’t really done anything since the original either but I’ve been impressed by how much more of a personality Becky now has (and in all honesty when Chalke took over the role she didn’t improve much) as before it was Gilbert pretty much making up for her show siblings. I’m hopeful we’ll see more of

Any relation to Uncle Elmer (who was really big himself) who was often teamed up with Hillbilly Jim back in the day? Interesting side note is that the last time Jesse Ventura ever stepped in the ring as a wrestler was a 6 man tag match between the Hillbilly’s and the team of Jesse, Roddy Piper and Bob Orton on an

I remember it as well. What’s odd is Andre had not wrestled in maybe two years (or at least that as the last time I recall ever seeing or hearing about him was his Wrestlmania 1 match against Big John Stud). Always thought it sad they turned him into a baddie the last years of his career as it honestly didn’t suit

So, what did they do with that girl that shot the guy they were trying to get info from before she shot him?

Can someone explain how the co-ed tag team matches work? The men and women can actually fight each other? Used to be big fan from the old days and got tired of it (actually just woke up and realized how silly and fake it all is). Only time I ever saw a co-ed tag match was that silly thing at one Summer Slam between

I pretty much tuned out on the original run the last 1-2 seasons, so the whole last season thing doesn’t bother me and Goodman really makes the show work. I had even forgotten about them having Jerry. I also forgot about Jackie having a child til mentioned elsewhere in this thread. I look forward to Johnny Galecki’s

Now if the Giants and Jets would go back to their 80's logos and uniforms. The Giants uni’s look about as dated as the Cardinals did into the 2000's before the Bidwell’s finally thought maybe their look should be more now instead of the 40's.

Here’s a simple question; what if they don’t do this script? What’s Sinclair going to do? Fire everyone at that station?

I completely forgot about the other kid, Jerry. Maybe it’s because I didn’t watch the show that much the last few years it was on.

This is the one that gets me. Also, how would she know he was a player if she really hasn’t seen him without a helmet and no one made a big deal over him being there? The no dating a player thing I can sort of understand, but this takes it way too far.

Just seen the trailer for that. I would have thought SNL would have called her at some point as Duchovny did it.

This season has just been a disappointment. Was sad I didn’t feel more at the end knowing this is probably the end. Reyes turning bad and Cancer Man still being alive just for the sake of bringing the character back just didn’t hold my attention.
