Just went on Apple.com and did a test run on buying an iPhone 4S with my unlimited data plan. Everything worked smoothly and showed my $30 unlimited plan connected to the new 4S. I can only assume that it will work the same way when pre-ordering my iPhone 5 tonight at midnight.

It only feels cold because they're not currently showing materials and color. These arch renderings are for more "spatial" interpretations instead of final construction images. I must say though, it's going to be a beautiful building if all of what they're showing gets built.
