It sounds like he made a DIY solar powered attic exhaust fan. While impressive, they sell plenty of ones specifically designed for that purpose that work great. and like you mentioned, it will get rid of the hot air in the attic but won’t work on cooling the air in your actual home.

I think you need to clarify that the UFC itself has no control over the refs or stoppages. Each state’s athletic commission provides the referees and makes sure they are trained. In fact, the UFC would love to see some refs fired (just look up Dana White’s comments on Ysev Lavigne.)

I bet a lot. Looks like the waiting area for passengers. When timed correctly, flying private is amazing. However, something happens and you get delayed and you spend a lot of time in areas like this. Nicer than an airport gate... but still not amazing.
