The only things you *really* need are paper, any form of writing instrument, and most important of all, creativity, talent, focus and, I can't stress this highly enough, persistence.

It sounds like you need a Neo:

Ha! That was great.

Well, good for her then, shows she's a classy lady.

Why doesn't H-P just sell the OS and all the Palm patents, instead of killing it off? I don't get it.

Oh I don't doubt that his motives are sincere. They obviously are, and as you said, millions of poor people are better for his efforts.

I'm sure that he didn't get this way until after he retired from Microsoft.

Unnecessary to you, you mean.

It's not a complaint, because with an iPhone you also have a choice for a 32 GB and a 64 GB version.

I agree; after today's event, we can be sure that Stateside, Nokia is nowhere near being any kind of player or having any presence.

This confirms my suspicion: Nokia won't approach the U.S. market until they can include an LTE or HSPA+ spec.

It doesn't need a front camera, Skype, or hi def video, on a supposedly high end device?

It's biggest fail is no 4G bands, either LTE or HSPA+.

Wasn't the 900 confirmed as a fake on that Window Phone site? So, it's just the two mid range devices.

I don't get it.

Nah, I was looking for a .cbr reader for the Fire. It seems even *more* closed platform than the iPad, unfortunately.

We already have killer devices that are great for video streaming and movies in general, and they tend to occupy about a third of the floor space of every Best Buy.

Question: could you read comics and graphic novels on the Kindle Fire? I have a bunch of cbr comics, and something like this looks perfect for it.

It's probably going to be longer than that.

Does it have as crappy a build quality as the 15z?
