Naturistics Vanilla Lip Balm!!! You can buy it off ebay now but it comes with 50+ other flavors I'm not interested in.
My acne cleared up when I stopped using products with salycillic acid and switched to a fragrance-free cleanser for sensitive skin, and used cocnut oil as a moisturizer. I had heard acne clears up when you use less-harsh products but never believed until I finally tried this...really worked for me.
Didn't know that about nail health. I always credited my OPI top coat. I waitress part time on the weekends so my hands and nails take a beating, too.
To each their own :)
Really? I've been doing my own nails for years, and it usually lasts about a week. Two thinish coats of color, then a top coat. Works like a charm..as long as I don't pick it off. :)
ding ding ding.
No one is saying it's a reflection of Beyonce. But it does involve her because relationships/behavior do not exist in a vacuum.
I know that's true for some people...but this whole thing just reeks more and more of PR stunt to me.
ditto. this is reaching obvious levels of PR stunt now...
yeah but the timing??
She is apparently all about BJs...or so I've recently read
hahaha "passive aggressive prayer" = golden. they're the best kind!
But that's what's so fucked up about it! If that's true, this woman is suffering but is under that much pressure that she is living this double life. Living a lie! It's messed up.
It's not a stretch to imagine that, and that's exactly what's so unsettling about it to me. That we live in such a culture that allows and supports her living that double life. That many are justifying the whole thing for the very reason you imagine. That's fucked up! The whole thing is just gross.
It may have been, but I think the point is it strikes many of us as odd that one would have that kind of a reaction in the middle of an assault...in a tiny, enclosed space no less.
Except there is nothing bad or scary about the hypothetical explanation I gave.
Right, but you can just tell them that. That it's something she might not be able to understand yet, but it has to do with the way people in our culture view and treat women, and how that affects women. Or that you're not sure yet how to explain it to her, but you're going to think about it and revisit it with her…
Judging someone's choice to get plastic surgery is not judging their body, though.
