It is good that you copped an attitude rather than answered the question, because I watched both videos and while they answer how adults come to be without an ID, they do not answer my question, which was how people survive without one. I know who those without ID are.

I guess I'm missing something, but how do that many adults not have state ID? Don't you need one to get a job, buy cigarettes, open a bank account...pretty much everything?

She's 28. Her modeling career would've been over by now, anyway.
