According to him they were indeed broadcasted on national tv and dubbed, and many people who were born in the 80s watched them, he also had a pretty good GI joe toy collection. I was intrigued but wasn't able to find anything on google. A wikipedia article did mention that in the 80s "...six United States television

I had an interesting conversation with someone from mainland (i think he's from beijing or shanghai, cant remember, but born in the 80s) over the holidays about this, i was surprised to hear that he watched he-man, TMNT, GI Joe, Denver the last dinosaur, and also 80s TV shows like Knight Rider, Airwolf and Hunter.

You are talking about a surplus of people like its a good thing, that crazy person in the food court has 13 kids to feed while the "sane" person in the food court has 3.

I thought kids in mainland back in the days also grew up with He-man and Doraemon?

But too bad Jeff left at the end and the show lost its momentum, and I'm glad I never knew there was a US version lol. I've never seen Manchild, what is it like?

If you don't like IT Crowd's very very very dry humor, try a different british show called Coupling, its very refreshing and has a lot more creative adult humor. but its no longer on netflix, you'll have to watch it on amazon prime.

I highly recommend Coupling, i think it's way funnier than the IT Crowd (which I really like too). But unfortunately it's no longer on netflix, it is on amazon prime though if you have that.

I agree, actually all I want is to have weather on the lock screen, and be able to see the date in notification center. Also hopefully for iPhone6 they'll have the under-the-screen fingerprint scanner available for quick unlock.

A few VERY annoying things about Waze:

This gives new meaning to Dirty Sanchez.

To clarify myself, the confusing looking map only shows up when I zoom up to a bird eye view. I use navigation in a way that I like the partially zoomed out look in the beginning of the trip and when I'm 70% into the trip I zoom in a little more for details.

I really want to like it, but it really bothers me how the map looks on Waze. Seems like the priority of which roads should be bold and highlighted are very different from the common google map/apple map/bing map/paper map and its confusing as hell when you are just outside of a city, in other words, if you show me

I think it comes down to MS being confident that the xbox360 will graceful die when the new one comes out, unlike SONY's PS2 thats was haunting the PS3 for its entire life. Apple's naming scheme is just pure stupidity since it comes out with a new one every year.

This would be way funnier if it was done by HowItShouldHaveEnded with Renner doing the voice on hawkeye.

the iphone currently has a built in LED flash notification switch in the Accessibility menu, but its not colored though.

For people who likes to get into the wonderful world of analytic and statistics as a career in the less exciting business world, do you have any advice? Would you recommend further studies in Grad school ? What are some essential tools (software/programming languages/books/etc.) that you use?

I've used the SONY NEX5n on a trip with a friend who has a DSLR, I'm not into photography at all, but the 5n was delightful to use for its light weight and quick action.

Really? Nashville filter on a ballot? he should serve hard times.

Very true that Japan fully acknowledged and definitely apologized, actually many times through out the years to many leaders of the nations involved.

That's for using that god damn Lasership as a default carrier on the east coast instead of UPS. Please let us rate your carriers Amazon! We pay Prime for reliability as well, not just speed.
