Psychonauts. Great humor, high concept. Very experimental and has a high variety of level mechanics and designs. The essential Double Fine game. There are flaws, but it truly is a gem. Then I'd say Costume Quest which was a result of Amnesia Fornight, also a great game, lots of heart.
