@MOB712: "More than not have similiarities" isn't a meaning for familiar. To see something familiar is to be reminded of something one has seen or experienced in the past. Similar means traits are shared 100% if not partial to the object.

@MOB712: Wouldn't that be similarities? Unless my English is wrong here, familiar does not mean similar.
So the game paid for itself and your drinks too! The drinks obviously played some role in your decision making though.
@AwwwwwwShucksMan: I thought so too.
@jesushaswheels: It just means folding paper, so I would call this origami myself. I don't like it though, I always feel there should be some "elegance" or something to the art of folding it. This looks like duct-taping tons of those "american" football thingies together until something is made. I'm disappointed with…
@MonkeyChunks: "How good they are to indies" is subjective. You probably will be called an Apple fanboy, but you have to admit these prices are indeed crazy.
@James Henderson: That is so win. LOUIS!!!
@Sharkey1337: I enjoy those moments myself. I still think the scariest moments are those times you know you can die easily than just "you will die b/c of invincible enemy, etc."
I wasn't aware you could get HD on something that looks very standard: 1024 x 768... Must be a lie. Definitely a lie. They should just call it "ED"
It seems a bit on the slow side, especially for 480p content.
@VincentGrey: Yes, there is a license you need to have your system play DVDs.
@VergessenHeld: I know it is bad grammar, but it seems most Americans don't care and still use it like that. I don't get it.
I was going to see about playing a friend's Hokuto Musou. Other than that, perhaps a little bit of L4D2.
@beans01: Half-assed isn't really the word I'm looking for. I just don't see any pixels or at least, the screenshots aren't as detailed so. And yeah, the placement and such does look very unnatural for a game to me. I don't remember it looking like this from the video previews... it is why it makes me uneasy.
@VergessenHeld: That sounds more like the double negative and it not meaning a positive in that scenario. My point was that I didn't understand the conflict of his words as "might" and "is" since both can't be true...
@Ossidiana: Your anger is pointless. It is like arguing that Link was a man instead of a kid or that he was brunette instead of blonde. Real Sonic or no, it wasn't like sprites could be so detailed. The only real difference of 90s Sonic versus 99+ is that he had an iris color change.
@Gruntybreath: I'm pretty sure he's around 15 hours ahead of you.
@Alex_Mexico: I don't think anyone said it would. You expressed concern that they'd degrade or cut something out like special stages to make it fit on Wii... When you make something HD, you basically double the size of whatever graphics it takes to make it "HD".
@Alex_Mexico: I'm confused because English is not my native language. You say "being" as "it is", but then say "might" as in "probably"?
Something feels wrong with these screenshots to me. I didn't take a look at the last batch though.
