It's $1200. I've sold cars that didn't run for that. Who cares? If it isn't so rusty that a healthy fart will blow out the floor pan and it moves under its own power, NP. That unicorn is a Krylon can away from extinction. :)

Love these cars (even if I don't fit). Too expensive, and too much money to correct his modifications. CP.
Hwy 92 running from Rutledge, TN to Dandridge TN. Don't bother if your car doesn't handle well. You'll be going too slow for it to be enjoyable. Other than the stretch cutting through Jefferson City the road is a lot of fun.
I don't bother. I know a few cops that simply turn the detector on the as they read you. The newer units don't need to warm up.
Great book. Been years since I read that.
Third question: Apparently the folks at Cracker Jack are doing another run with DL's as the prize in the bottom of the box.
Anyone else picturing Grandpa from Boondocks going: "Ma'am have you tried whipping his a**?"
Gotta respectfully disagree on the Mazda 3. Had the misfortune of having one as a rental for a week. Put about a 1000 miles on it. Way, way too cramped to spend any real time in if you're tall. Good little windup car for the city, not a highway car. I have the same opinion on the VW and the Civic, but haven't spent…
Anything wears out eventually. I've got a 26 year old Z car that needs a steering wheel cover for the same reason. It just annoys me that Fords tend to need them so quickly. What can I say? I'm a walking catalog of annoying used car issues by make. :)
Can't at the moment the Fusion is about 30 miles from where I'm sitting, but I see this all the time. Look at a newer Ford steering wheel with over 60,000 miles or so. The rubber will start to flake off the wheel. It looks like crap and it itches. The Fusion did it and my POS 2001 Windstar (God what a horrible…
Manager for a security company actually. The old girl is just worn out. Replaced first transmission at 145,000 miles or so. 2nd transmission needed major repairs at about 220,000 miles. It seems to be getting ready to go again, I still think that the shop that did the last repairs screwed up. The power steering system…
The company still has it. It fills in when a patrol vehicle is broken. Lately it's been sitting at an apartment complex. They're paying us to leave a marked security vehicle there when we don't have officers on site.
These things get a worse rap than they deserve. My second job is at a used car lot. We get these all the time. If the maintenance isn't ignored they go 200K miles with not too many problems. As long as you don't do serious towing and with one and actually change the tranny filter and fluid as scheduled even the much…
Your back doctor will thank you. :)
Without even bothering to scroll I'm sure the various Panther platform cars have been nominated a dozen times, as they should be.
Knew a guy years ago that had somehow gotten a supercharged V6 into one. That was a frightening car to ride in.
First (realistic) dream was a jacked up K5 Blazer.
But way, way classier than this...thing.
All project cars do this...
Also, think valet parking at exclusive locations.
