No, that just makes people talk more. It doesn't ensure reliable answers.

#2 is opposed by people who think sex offenders cannot be rehabilitated. Please note who they charge with these crimes.

They arrest prostitutes don't they? Check the sex offender registry in Louisiana.

It has never meant that in the United States. Ask any law student. Plenty of Juveniles (male or female) go into the system for a long range of crimes.

In the real of U.S. possession crimes, yes. Then again, ask yourself how many people have caught misdemeanors cuz they gave the wrong "former druggie" a ride in their car and some illegal substance was dropped before a police stop.

Considering the times guys have sent me naked pics of themselves (thankfully above the belt), also unsolicited on my phone, this is why I think there should be defenses to sex crimes.

Dunno why. Then again, I spent 4 years with no criminal record and a college degree looking for work and got nothing.

I'm a sex offender.

Black President.

If only this was more than the thoughts of a few individuals. . . . . then maybe former criminals from a decade ago wouldn't be frozen out of being hired.

You have to pay a few thousand 9or put in the work yourself) to have it sealed and/or expunged. Yeah, money.

I was really talking as per the CNN commenters and tumblerites on the net.
