Has anyone mentioned the 5 door STi? It has enough power to keep you happy, just enough space to haul a few things, and enough space thath the wife can't call your mid life crisismobile impractical. And you can drive it in the winter since it has AWD goodness.

I would love to do this but the wife and I have a kid in the hospital so a lot of time is spent sitting in waiting rooms. Perfect for sitting down and hammering out stories, not so good for getting out and playing with cars.
