The Corvette is one of the only models to never experience any model bloat whatsoever. Every iteration has been between ~3000 - 3300lbs, peaking sometime in the late 70s with the malaise C3s and sticking with a 3000lb target range for the next 30 years. Corvette owners could be so lucky.

If the 964 is a C4, he can drive it year round. And it's still got some genuine character. The M3 is probably a handful in the snow, and the GTI is soulless.
