When I can modify the ms between screen transitions or overclock the processor on an apple iOS device, let me know and I'll happily buy one.

As of right now, it is a better processor and GPU. Last time I checked you can't do something like Chainfire3D drivers for an iPad to increase performance..

ipad 2 and Ipad 3rd gen both have VGA front-facing cameras, the back on the 3rd gen is a 5MP with a backlight sensor like the iphone 4; the iPad 2 had an 'HD' camera on the backside, which calculates to around .7-1.3MP.

I've actually had really good luck with the voice search for images; for dogs; I wouldn't do anything complex, I'd just tap the icon and say "pictures of dogs".
