I visited the website out of curiosity when the story broke and what I saw was typical fanboy rage and a re-dubbed YouTube clip. I didn't see any attempt to affiliate itself with activision and there was definitely no chance of me mistaking it as genuine.

I don't think Abraham was using the domain in a tasteful way but this was still an address that he had legally purchased and been provided with. It's not that activision won that bothers me but the fact that they have seized ownership of the domain without the original owner being compensated for his investment.
