The head is the best part of the shrimp at a legit sushi restaurant. You order a raw shrimp nigri and the head comes fried to a crisp as the next course. It's like eating the skin on fried chicken, super crispy and briny. Kinda like a fried oyster but crispier.

I don't like demand pricing either but if they're going to do it at least add more parking and upgrade MUNI/BART/CALTRAIN.
