I find it interesting that he seems to have focused his reprehensible behavior on the production staff and not any of the actresses. That seems kind of deliberate, I think.

Yes you can, but going by Supernatural and The Vampire Diaries, I’m guesstimating that the eye candy / scaryness ratio will disproportionately skew in favor of the former.

So was The Vampire Diaries, but neither it nor Supernatural focused as much on the frightening or disturbing elements of the genre to the degree that is described above for the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (full disclosure, I’ve never read that comic).

I’m not arguing that they could’t go the horror route. I’m saying that they’re unlikely to, considering their track record.

Given that this is going to be on the CW, I don’t think they’ll go the horror route. They need sexy eye candy for most of the characters.
