A dress isn’t very practical to wear while jumping like that either. It should have blown up over her head. Think Marilyn Monroe and then ten times worse.
It was a dream sequence, so I think in this instance they could be forgiven for the hair being too perfect when she lands. It kind of adds to the too-perfect unreality of the scene.
But the neatness of her hair and dress is a visual clue/reminder that the scene is happening in her imagination.
