As long as Microsoft and Sony carry their own companies, they will have their own game studios. There is always first party support.

The Wii, to me, is one of the most forgettable consoles. Ever. Except for a few VERY good games, like the Galaxy Marios and Zelda's, which make it kind of like a future "Oh yeah! I remember now!" after a long hard thought. Not much can be said about the 360 or PS3 either though...
