Lamborghini 350 or 400 GT.

It's pretty clear that the turboencabulator unit failed on the upstroke of the hydraulic flux unit. That would cause the crank degreeing terminal to blast clean through the block.

Believe it or don't there is a damn-near PRISTINE Chevette 4-door that is parked near my apartment from time to time. I was flabbergasted when I saw it. It even has the original steel wheels and it's free of rust. If memory serves me it's an auto too. And of course it has a brown interior with champagne beige

I discovered a superbly clean first gen MR2 parked in Montreal this week. It was stunning, even the interior was in great condition. That was the first one I've seen in a long time, and probably one of the best examples.

The real problem with ethanol in any quantity is it does no favours to older fuel systems. Ever since E10 came about, there have been serious issues in motorcycles (even current models) that have plastic fuel cells. They warp and swell, sometimes crack. Older bikes (90s and earlier) have an issue where the fuel tank

When I say "correct" I mean "the answer they want". I know plenty of people who have silly vids on youtube, usually doing some stunts in a parking lot (still illegal even if it can only harm themselves).

I don't put many miles on my vehicles (and my daily driver is a motorbike so it doesn't count). My father, however - his job involves covering a large territory and driving all over the province on a daily basis. He will easily do 40-45 000 miles a year. He bought a new Nissan Altima 3.5 in 2003, by 2006 it had 155

I ride sport bikes and this sort of shit makes me angry. Some doucheturkey acts douchey and makes the rest of us look like a bunch of jackasses. Just watch, this will become the basis of some new law to punish the rest of us.

For me, in descending order: crank and/or big end rebuild, piston hone, transmission rebuild, valve guides, paintwork. I leave all those jobs to the pros. Anything else I can and will do if you give me a Haynes manual, a pot of coffee (no beer when I work, I get too sloppy), and a well stocked toolchest.

I remember Virtua Racing blowing my mind on the Genesis. I was the weird kid who had Sega consoles when everyone else had Nintendo. I had a Game Gear too, that made the Game Boy look like a calculator.

In what parallel universe does the Justy have a good reputation? They had a problem with the oil pump, in that it would fail. They also didn't have an oil pressure warning light. Guess what happens.

An odd one I encountered was clearly gutted catalytic converters. They had been sawzalled apart and rewelded roughly back together. Don't know why, but it definitely was not a sign of careful and considerate maintenance.

Agreed, but it is to be expected at a North American show where this stuff is A. common and B. popular. Same thing happens at bike shows - They are always a HARLEY and CHOPPER show with a few Japanese sport bikes thrown in, good luck finding some classic iron or anything European other than a BMW.

THIS

If you looked at it up close it had flower scroll patterns on it. Very, um, masculine.

I badly wanted a GT6 just before I went to university, but damn it all if I couldn't find a single example that wasn't a complete heap. I love how tiny they are, and the fact that they look like a miniaturized 250 GTO/E-Type hybrid (and remarkably like a Datsun Z)- with a 2.0L STRAIGHT SIX! Leagues ahead of your

Bricklin SV-1. First and only car built in my home province of New Brunswick (with disastrous results). First car with power operated gull wings (300SL had manual doors). First car with an acrylic body (with disastrous results). First "safety-conscious" sports car. First car that shunned smokers, way before that

Yep. Had one for two years. Fun barge that was a great highway cruiser, seriously underrated.

Triumph GT6. The most gorgeous mini sports car ever, with a straight six! Forgotten because A. the Spitfire and TR series are far more common and B. they were severly underbuilt and had a problem with frames breaking (among other things).

Sorry to hear that. I think they supposedly fixed it in 2006 or thereabouts?
