@bradL: You might want to remove your AV (AVG, SAV, Kasp) or disconnect any network shares/printers. or you can move to NOD or Avira.

I'm just starting (late, I'm 30) to really get control of our finances. We're in debt quite a bunch and live paycheck to paycheck. I've spent the past few months getting everything into Quicken (my dad get it for me when I told him I wanted to start) and have cut spending back quite a bit. It's very hard, changing…
Will test on MKV -> MP4, handbrake takes forever.
Guess I should really be getting a thumb drive, using TrueCrypt, putting PortableApps under that, storing passwords in a KeypassDB inside that.....
I really need to take the time to do this. I don't take the time to sit down to make any lists, thus no crossing things off them. Started today with a freshly installed workstation, adding things to it and reading MaximumPC in between phone calls from users. I did do some work today.

Been using this for years. Easier to use than Daemon-Tools, I think. I'm a big Slysoft fan, software worth buying.
Installed it, kinda neat. Trying out the portable.

Wish I could. MI doesn't allow it unless you have a reason. Wanting time to look over it would help my wife out a lot (well, me too really) as we normally get the "paper" ballot in the newspaper and have to look it over the week before. Might as well go down and waste time in line...
Loved my MouseMan Pro+ but only one side button. Been very happy with my MX518.
I've recently used my D610 as my test box, latest install was Ubuntu. Just trying to learn and make my way around things. It's not about the money, as I have a TechNet Plus sub for testing, just like playing with new stuff.
Funny this is on here today. I downloaded and installed this just yesterday and it's been working great.
I've had my RO system for about 3 years now. My parents still have the one they used when I was growing up there. It is a much larger system, but same concept. I've got nothing but good things to say about it.
