MAINTAIN A CONSTANT SPEED. Playing "leap frog" on the highway is one of my pet peeves. I guess there would be no good way to enforce such a law, but seriously folks, use the damn cruise control.

@thancr: The BMW Bikes usually hang out near the Airport on I-40. Sometimes they'll have a somebody running radar on the bridge at Aviation Parkway.

I once saw a Virginia State Trooper in a Hyundai Sonata. That scared me because it was so unexpected. Unexpected and incredibly silly looking.
