@Mike the Dog & @Baskingshark: My mistake, this was probably not a "clunker." Some of the dealers had non-C4C cars sitting with the clunkers, likely to be hauled off at the same time.

I don't believe the government has actually paid any cash out, yet. I talked to a dealer today who says he's won't destroy any motors until he has cash in hand.
