I've taken classes with Trek and Kieth there. Actually those were the first handgun classes I took, they worked us pretty hard but I learned things in their entry level handgun classes that I've haven't seen in far more advanced shooting. Specifically some of the one handed manipulation stuff. Good luck with it.

The SCAR is a fine platform, with some minor issues. The real kicker is if you are in the US, a scar makes little sense compared to the cost of say a stock Colt AR.
