They were "working exclusively on the Xbox platform" does not mean this title is only going to exclusive. In fact, given how many times Sony said "Debuting on" or "Exclusively launching on"... It infers nothing. Timed exclusive, always was.

Not sure where you have been. But this has ALWAYS been a timed exclusive and was never mentioned by Capy or Microsoft to be anything else.

Well... Up until yestruday I would have argued that OR made sense as a niche item. It had low overhead costs and a following. If they would have released it and sold a million or MAYBE 2 million units, it would have been considered a success, and spawned a version2/3/4.
